Hello and welcome to "Night Owl Guitar Lessons". 

My objective is to provide an educational, challenging, and fun environment for those wishing to learn and improve upon their guitar playing abilities. It is also intended for those who have schedules that do not permit them the opportunity to take lessons and are thus the "Night Owls" of our society. 

Many people cringe at the idea of having to take structured lessons. I guess it conjures up the imagery of "Mary had a Little Lamb" sort of a structure that's not stimulating or challenging. I would never discourage anyone from taking lessons in a structured environment, provided the method and instructor make it challenging and fun. Unfortunately for some, there may not even be a local music store that provides guitar lessons, or if they do provide lessons, it becomes too costly for those on a tight budget.

Some feel that they would be satisfied just learning a few basic chords so they could play their favorite tune. Others would rather learn at their own pace and at a time that is convenient for them. 

How about you, who just got in from a hard day at work? You've finished dinner and are now drinking that hot cup of coffee as you sit down to relax? Well, pick up that guitar, go to the links of your choice, and start playing.
